There are numerous incentive programs available to upgrade your heating boiler. These incentives vary from one area to another. We encourage you to determine what incentives are available to you. However, we believe the most important incentive available is the trust you have in the brand of boiler and the installing contractor. Rebates and other incentives are additional awards available to help you invest in energy saving equipment.
A web site that is useful in determining what incentives are available in your area is http://dsireusa.org you can use the filters in this site to narrow your search. We suggest you also check with your contractor for they may know what incentives are available in your area.
Examples of incentives available in 2017 are listed below. While we cannot guarantee these programs are accurate as listed, this gives examples of what may be available. AFUE = Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency, an AFUE rating must be published for any residential boiler under 300,000 Btuh Fuel Input.

Slant/Fin offers many gas and oil fired boilers that qualify for the incentives listed above. An example is all of Slant/Fin’s residential gas fired steam boilers are 82% AFUE and qualify for rebates in certain areas and these boilers also have features that are not available with other brands.
Remember, we recommend the heating boiler choice you make should not be based just on rebate incentives. Your choice of equipment should be based on your individual need and let the other incentive be the “crème de la crème”.
